1. Membership Code of Conduct
At Fairways Golf Studio, Inc., we are committed to providing a professional, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members. To maintain the high standards of our private studio, members agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct:
General Behavior

Treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with courtesy and respect at all times.

Abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Harassment or discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Use of Facilities

Members must use all equipment responsibly and in accordance with staff guidance.

Damage to facilities or equipment caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair fees and/or suspension of membership.

Only authorized trainers or staff may provide instruction within the studio.
Health & Safety

Members must wear appropriate attire, including golf shoes or clean athletic footwear.

Alcohol, drugs, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are prohibited inside the studio.

Any unsafe conduct, including reckless swinging of clubs or improper use of simulators, is grounds for immediate removal.
Bookings & Time Management

Members must honor their reserved session times and exit promptly at the end of their booking.

Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

Members are expected to cancel or reschedule sessions in accordance with the studio’s cancellation policy.
Privacy & Confidentiality

The privacy of fellow members must be respected. Recording, photographing, or live-streaming inside the studio without consent is prohibited.

All personal data and membership details are handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
Consequences of Violations

Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership at the discretion of Fairways Golf Studio, Inc.

Termination for misconduct does not entitle members to refunds for unused sessions or memberships.
