Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fairways Golf Studio, Inc., we are committed to providing an exceptional private training experience. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Refunds
  • We do not provide refunds for memberships, sessions, packages, or services once purchased.

  • This includes unused sessions, partial memberships, or early termination of a membership term.

Membership Cancellations
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice via email to info@fairwaysgolfstudio.com.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Members will continue to have access to the studio until that date.

  • Future recurring charges will be stopped after the cancellation takes effect.

Session Bookings
  • Scheduled sessions may be canceled or rescheduled in accordance with our booking system’s policies.

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited at the discretion of Fairways Golf Studio, Inc.

Special Circumstances
  • In rare cases of billing errors or extenuating circumstances, management may review requests on a case-by-case basis, but such exceptions are at the sole discretion of Fairways Golf Studio, Inc.
